In Washington, the Senate Banking Committee is getting ready to vote on and likely approve California Congressman Christopher Cox--he's a Republican--as the next chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission; that vote expected tomorrow. Last Friday, President Bush also nominated two Democrats for the commission. Joining us with more from Washington is "Marketplace's" Hilary Wicai.
