In an effort to expand sales beyond Jewish readers, The Jerusalem Post daily has launched a new "Christian Edition" after discovering that about a third of its readers are pro-Israel evangelical Christians, newspaper management said Monday.

The venture, a joint project between the Post and the pro-Zionist evangelical group International Christian Embassy Jerusalem, is geared toward Christians who have forged a strong alliance with Israel.
