NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Saint Thomas Hospital announced the appointment of
Janet Parker to the position of Chief of Nursing.

"Janet brings to Saint Thomas more than 20 years of senior nursing
leadership experience that includes 11 years of experience as the senior
nurse executive at Saint Mary's Hospital," says Dale Batchelor, M.D.,
president and CEO, Saint Thomas Hospital. "We are pleased to have her join
our team."

Parker previously served as Dean of Nursing and Academic Science, Mid
Michigan Community College, Harrison, Michigan. Prior to that position,
Parker served as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Nursing at
