With a forecast of clear, sunny skies, cool evenings and low humidity, this
weekend will be the perfect time to venture down to historic Mount Vernon
Place to enjoy the 10th annual Baltimore Book Festival.
The popular literary festival, which takes place in the 600 block of North
Charles Street on Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday
from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., will feature such noted authors as The Apprentice's
George Ross, renowned attorney Alan Dershowitz, political writer and
humorist Art Buchwald, NBC News medical correspondent and New York Daily
News columnist Dr. Ian Smith and Vanessa Craddock.
