Kwame Kilpatrick says he's ready to make things better in Detroit. Voters re-elected Kilpatrick Tuesday in one of the tightest races in the country. It's been a rough year for the 35-year-old incumbent. His campaign was dogged by articles questioning his management of the city and scandal in his administration.
