(Daily Toreador) (U-WIRE) LUBBOCK, Texas -- Potential Xbox 360 buyers who plan on selling their original Xbox system may want to hang on to it for a while if they intend on playing some of their old games.
Microsoft added a backward-compatibility list to its Xbox Web site last week, detailing which Xbox games initially would be playable on the 360.
The list includes 207 games to date, but Microsoft claims it will continue to add games after the 360 launches, eventually making the entire Xbox library compatible with the new system.
The most popular games are included on the list, such as the "Halo" titles and "Grand Theft Auto" games.
