BIDEN: This evening, I'm leaving on my sixth trip to Iraq with
two of my colleagues, I believe possibly three: Senator Lindsey Graham,
Senator Saxby Chambliss, and possibly my colleague from the state of Washington.

We're going as official observers for this Thursday's legislative
elections in Iraq. We'll arrive on Wednesday afternoon. We overnight,
and we're there all day Thursday, as well as Wednesday, and return home
on Friday morning.
The plan is to visit various polling places throughout Iraq, meet
the election ...
