Sprint Nextel has reached an agreement to acquire its affiliate, Nextel Partners, for $6.5 billion, ending a vicious dispute between the companies about the value of such a deal.The deal, announced Tuesday, is a turnabout after months of hostility that included a series of bitter public comments and a lawsuit.
