Mah Sing acquires sizeable landbank in Johor Baru

MAH Sing Bhd will acquire 261.22 acres of freehold land in the Mukim of Pelentong, Johor Baru, some 10km from the group's ongoing project, Austin Perdana in Taman Mount Austin.
It will pay a sum of RM61.52 million, or approximately RM5.41psf, for the land, its managing director Datuk Leong Hoy Kum said.
"Following the success of our two projects, Sri Pulai Perdana and Austin Perdana in Johor Baru, the acquisition of this land, which is strategically located near our existing projects, will enable us to further enhance our presence in the State," he said.
