This past weekend the Prince George's Classic celebrated its 2nd year and
is already looking towards 2006. The Classic name is synonymous with a
multi-day event filled with many cultural and entertainment experiences
ranging from fashion shows, concerts, battle of the bands, college expos
and, of course, a football game against two Historically Black Colleges and
Universities (HBCU's).
The Prince George's Classic was an inspiration of Mike Little and Petey
Green, who were also two of the original founding members of the Prince
George's Black Chamber of Commerce (PGBCC). The PGBCC proudly presents The
