Lifetime To Air 'Intimate Portrait' Of Rosa Parks

NEW YORK -- In remembrance of the spirit and legacy of civil rights
activist and icon Rosa Parks, Lifetime Television and sister network
Lifetime Real Women pay their respects with a special night of programming
on Tuesday, November 1, honoring the late Rosa Parks, whose courageous
actions were monumental contributions to the civil rights movement.

At 8:00 p.m. on Lifetime Real Women, "Intimate Portrait: Rosa Parks" shows
how Rosa Parks changed the world when she uttered that historic "no,"
refusing to sit in the back of a Montgomery, Ala., bus.
