Officials from the World Bank and Chad were meeting for a second day Tuesday to try to resolve a dispute on the use of oil revenues that led to suspension of the country's oil funds.
A first day of talks in search of solutions to the dispute were "constructive," the World Bank said in a statement Monday.
Chad Finance Minister Abbas Mahamat Tolli was heading his country's delegation to the talks.
