ENGLISH: For the fourth time, I'm reintroducing a version of tax
reform that I think has the virtue of not only providing simplification,
but also strengthening the competitive position of the American economy
and doing so in a way that's predictable and consistent with tax principles.
This project is something that evolved out of the original Nunn-
Domenici proposal. And we made an effort to come up with, in effect, a
