(Daily Nebraskan) (U-WIRE) LINCOLN, Neb. -- On Tuesday, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln student court unanimously decided B.J. Hansen had a conflict of interest while serving as a member of Committee for Fees Allocation's subcommittee for the Daily Nebraskan.
Hansen, a senior finance major, was a member of the Facebook Web site group "Greeks Against the Daily Nebraskan," which the Daily Nebraskan argued Hansen should have disclosed as a conflict of interest before becoming a member of the subcommittee. Hansen upheld he did not remember signing up for the group and was not an active participant in it.
