(The Daily Vidette) (U-WIRE) NORMAL, Ill. -- As spring break is looming on the horizon, many students may find themselves trying to get a trim physique fast. At first glance, diet pills seem to be a quick way to loose weight.

Many ads claim an individual can take a pill and loose weight without adjusting the types of food consumed or diet. However, this proves to be inaccurate.

"People may think that if they take these pills, they will have an edge and that it's the next best thing to do if they can't exercise. But if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is," Karen Dennis, a kinesiology and recreation instructor at Illinois State University, ...
