27, 2006 Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senator Evan Bayh today encouraged Hoosiers
of all ages to celebrate Read Across America Day on March 2nd by reading
a book to a child or hosting an event to highlight the importance of reading.
Held every year on Dr. Suess's birthday, this year's Read Across America
Day will bring together nearly 45 million Americans to give the gift of
