Iraq can expect more bombings like the one that destroyed a Shiite Muslim shrine last week, U.S. Central Command chief Gen. John Abizaid said Saturday.
Abizaid blamed al-Qaida terrorists in Iraq for the blast and said it marked a clear _ and successful _ change in tactics for the terrorist group that was effective in their campaign to ignite civil war.
