KUALA LUMPUR, Sat. - The Internet is often touted as the ultimate democratic tool, a space where every voice can be heard.
Of all the sites on the Net, the one that is closest to this ideal is Wikipedia (wikipedia.org).
It's an online encyclopaedia built around the concept of wikis, pages that can be read and edited by anybody.
