IT'S no longer a question of "if" electricity tariffs will go up, but "when" this will happen.

Deputy Energy, Water and Communications Minister Datuk Shaziman Mansor provided the latest indication of this when he said that Tenaga Nasional Berhad would have to hike tariffs to stay afloat.
