(The Independent Collegian) (U-WIRE) TOLEDO, Ohio -- Everyone had one -- that teacher in high school who made computers a mandatory tool for every project when it seemed as if poster board and markers were just as adequate.
Like that teacher, a new service from the Web site pickaprof.com adds another technological step to the learning process.
This semester, the scheduling and professor review site has introduced CourseCasting, which allows professors to post recordings of their class lectures online for students to download to mp3 players or computers.
