(Oklahoma Daily) (U-WIRE) NORMAN, Okla. -- The Oklahoma Blood Institute awarded seven student organizations and two students Tuesday night at the annual OU appreciation dinner.
Mollie Lange, bioengineering junior, was given the "Shine Your Light" award and got $500 for helping blood donations.
Stacy Sanford, arts and sciences planned program and linguistics senior, received the award for "Drive Coordinator of the Year."
Organizations receiving special recognition were: Chi Omega, Omega Psi Phi, Sigma Nu, Alpha Kappa Alpha, the Bridge Builders from the Athletic Department, Naval ROTC and the Air Force ROTC.
