SINIORA: Ladies and gentleman, it gives me great pleasure to
speak to you today and to share with you our perspective on recent developments
in Lebanon and their broader implications for the region.
But allow me first to take this opportunity to thank Congressman
Lee Hamilton and to congratulate him for his outstanding stewardship of
this distinguished institution.
