The Winter Fancy Food Show at the Moscone Convention Center in San
Francisco showcased a smorgasbord of food products appropriate for gift
shops, grocery stores and online retailers.

This year featured over 5,000 vendors from around the world. The show also
had a Focused Exhibit on Asian Foods, which highlighted many new sauces and
Asian-inspired flavorings. Several trends and products were of note,
including an explosion of Asian flavors, and focus on green tea.
