Cox Calls On State Leaders To Address Skyrocketing Home Heating Costs

Responding to constituent concerns heard during her statewide reform tour,
Secretary of State Cathy Cox called on government leaders to take immediate
action to provide relief from skyrocketing home heating bills. Cox said
people from across the state are increasingly frustrated by the state's
inadequate response to utility bills that are stretching their families'
household budgets.
