Urban League fights for rights of Katrina survivors

Marc Morial, president of CEO of the National Urban League, recently called
for the Hurricane Katrina Recovery, Reclamation, Restoration and Reunion
Act of 2005, introduced by members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Within days after Hurricane Katrina's devastation, the organization
indicated the need for a Katrina Bill of Rights that guaranteed the right
of displaced survivors to recover, return, rebuild, work, and vote.
