Ward 8 Residents, Business Owners Debate End to Drug Paraphernalia Sales

Council Executive Director Philip Pannell, residents of Ward 8 are on a
mission to rid their neighborhoods of illicit and illegal drug use. In a
recent anti-drug paraphernalia campaign meeting held at the UPO Petey
Greene Service Center, residents and Korean business owners, often accused
of being peddler-merchants, met to air grievances and strategize solutions.
