Seniors confused on new Medicare Prescription Drug Program

They looked into the eyes of U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, (D-Md.), with
pained expressions on their faces. They were senior citizens who recently
assembled at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Baltimore, to receive an explanation
and gain clarity about the federal government's new Medicare Prescription
Drug Program. Entitled "Medicare Part D," the federal based program is
intended to help Medicare recipients lower their prescription drug costs.

Though Congressman Cummings was joined by experts who answered questions
about navigating through the new program, and who were able to enroll
seniors on the spot, many seniors expressed confusion and frustration ...
