As movie fans eagerly await the Oscars on March 5, a variety of movies with
African Americans in leading roles are vying for their attention. The
latest entry is Tyler Perry's "Madea's Family Reunion," which opens Feb.

The new movie is the follow-up to last year's successful screen adaptation
of Perry's popular stage play, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman." In Madea's
latest adventure, she has just been court-ordered to be in charge of Nikki,
a rebellious runaway, her nieces Lisa and Vanessa are suffering
relationship trouble and through it all she has to organize her family
reunion.
As the reunion approaches, secrets are revealed and tension rises. Madea
