Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Montreal) has 12-month program, as Wilfrid
Laurier and many other Canadian schools are now offering to complete an
MBA. Interestingly, their tuition is barely $4,300 for Quebec residents.
Others pay $9,900.00. But international students here pay $20,200.

How can there be such a wide fluctuations in tuition for business schools
in Canada where HEC charges $4,300, Sprott School of Carleton University
$7,000 and Rotman of the University of Toronto varies between $52,975 -
$80,000 (for Executive MBA)?
