An Impassioned Plea to Save Darfur

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a million voices -- or maybe
more -- must be worth something. At least that's what Brian Steidle hopes.

Dressed in a red T-shirt emblazoned with a message urging protection for
Darfur now, Steidle kicked off his tour Feb. 22 in the main branch of the
Free Library of Philadelphia. His goal, in addition to bringing to light
what's going on in the Darfur region of western Sudan, is to generate 1
million postcards to President George W. Bush, asking him to take action
against the genocide going on there.
