THE school bully who beats up other students and even teachers has a problem.
He is likely to be suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Dr Subash Kumar Pillai, a lecturer and psychiatrist in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry at University Malaya Medical Centre, said: "If ADHD is not treated early, the outcome is terrible. It can lead to problems at school like hitting teachers, bullying other children and getting into fights."
The students could eventually end up in gangs or get involved in substance abuse.
