Fed: Clamp down on perks as drug companies face more scrutiny
A crack down on drug companies is on the way .. with the A Triple C planning to subject
the industry to spot checks .. to stop them offering inducements to doctors to prescribe
their medicines.
Fairfax newspapers are reporting that A Triple C chief .. GRAEME SAMUEL .. has put
forward the measure to clamp down on drug companies offering perks and gifts to doctors
to promote expensive .. but unproven cancer ...
