Golf: Waugh to quit US for European tour

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, May 4 AAP - Seasoned Australian golf pro Shani Waugh is preparing
to quit the US LPGA Tour.

Waugh finished joint third in the Tenerife Open on the Ladies' European Tour last Sunday
and today showed her form on the LPGA Tour with an opening two-under-par 70 first round
in Nashville, Tennessee.

Next week, the 36-year-old will be flying back to compete in the Spanish Open.

But the to-and-fro lifestyle will soon be a thing of the past for the Western Australian.

"This is going to be my 10th and final season in America," Waugh revealed after a four
