Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing and Terrorism Risk Assessment
May 10, 2006 Introduction I`m here this afternoon to provide you my plans
for a terrorism information-sharing environment (ISE) in which terrorism
information can be shared broadly, effectively and seamlessly to protect
our nation. Our ability to share terrorism information across all levels
of governments and the private sector is fundamental to the success of
