A Maine company that refurbishes small airplanes is planning an expansion that's expected to create 200 or more jobs in Sanford.

Oxford Aviation hopes to open a 93,000-square-foot building at Sanford Regional Airport next spring. The company says it will pay its new employees - including painters, welders and office workers - an average of $18 per hour.
