Vic: New section of track being built at crash scene
Repair crews are building a new section of track beside the scene of a fatal collision
between a truck and a goods train in south-west Victoria last week.
More than half the wreckage has been cleared .. and once that's finished the repair
crew will come in to slide the new section of track into place.
The new section is being built alongside the damaged rails .. so repairs can start
as soon as the last of the wreckage has been cleared.
Pacific National says the line will probably open sometime tomorrow.
