Federation's leadership crisis over

KUALA LUMPUR: Peninsula Malay Students' Federation (GPMS) president Datuk Suhaimi Ibrahim will step down in a month, and will be appointed one of its advisers.
This will resolve the leadership tussle between Suhaimi and his rival, Reezal Merican Naina Merican.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said yesterday the two sides had come to an agreement over the leadership crisis which had been going on for almost a year.
He said Suhaimi would throw his support behind Reezal at the GPMS election.
