Netherlands goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar is getting a second chance.

He intends to grab it with both hands.

The last time the Manchester United goalkeeper was on a World Cup field, he was choking back tears after he failed to stop any of Brazil's penalties in a shootout to get into the 1998 final against France.

On Sunday, he will be walking onto the Leipzig field as captain, intent on making the Dutch debut against Serbia-Montenegro better than his last World Cup match.

The challenge though, will be all the tougher.
