BUSH: Good day. Welcome to Camp David.
More importantly, welcome to Camp David to the prime minister and
his wife.
Mr. Prime Minister, we're glad you're here. Welcome.
The invitation to come to Camp David is an expression of my high
regard for Prime Minister Rasmussen and our -- the friendship between our
