(Daily Nebraskan) (U-WIRE) LINCOLN, Neb. -- In one week, Habitat for Humanity constructed more than 400 homes across the U.S. as part of the largest building blitz in Habitat's history.

Lancaster County Habitat for Humanity was a part of the action when it built a home at 2300 S.W. Paul Whitehead Lane, said Nancy Muehling, Lincoln/Lancaster County executive director Habitat.

She said the Home Builders Association of Lincoln provided subcontractors and material suppliers for the construction of the home.
