Adam Dunn hit a three-run homer in the 11th inning and the Cincinnati Reds got an outstanding start from Elizardo Ramirez to beat the Milwaukee Brewers 3-0 Wednesday.

The Reds, who had lost seven of their previous 11 at home, salvaged the finale of a three-game series.
