Britain's reserve army has seen more than 15,000 of its service members quit since the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq in 2003, the Ministry of Defense said Thursday.

The Territorial Army, which lost 5,000 personnel in the last year alone, now has a total of 32,000 service members, 7,000 below its full strength, the defense ministry said, confirming information that was obtained by the Scottish National Party in a Freedom of Information request and reported Thursday in a front-page article in The Daily Telegraph.
