(The DePaulia) (U-WIRE) CHICAGO -- Public Safety may look to change its student escort service next fall.
A big draw to DePaul University has been the ideas behind Public Safety, and the programs they have implemented to help students move around the campus in a safe environment.
"Parents really like it," said Maureen Greene, who heads the crime prevention department. "We've pushed students to use it." While Public Safety has encouraged students to use the escort service to feel safer at DePaul, they now feel that students might be taking advantage of the service.
