A program to teach basic safety techniques to Lakes Region children age 5 to 12 will be offered this summer.
The r.a.d.KIDS program will be taught by nationally certified instructors Eric and Lisa Magiera, who will instruct children how to "resist aggression defensively" in the event of a dangerous situation. Topics include situations such as abduction, as well as biking, gun and fire safety.
