(Technician) (U-WIRE) RALEIGH, N.C. -- After a meeting between N.C. State administrators and Student Media leaders July 6, the two sides reached an agreement to cover the controversial "Shamrock Streakers" photo on Student Media's Orientation fliers with a sticker.
The sticker will read "Why is this sticker here? Visit technicianonline.com for the story."
The conflict arose last week after Provost Larry Nielsen authorized the removal of Student Media fliers from Orientation packets.
"The photograph was inappropriate as part of a recruiting document," Nielsen said.
