Cycle: McEwen could equal 'Cipo' and secure green jersey

MORZINE, France, July 20 AFP - Australian Robbie McEwen could take another step towards
securing a third green jersey on the Tour de France if he comes out tops on the race's
18th stage on Friday.

After three tough days of climbing in the Alps and before Saturday's 57km time trial
- a potential yellow jersey decider - the 197km mostly downhill ride from Morzine in the
Alps to Macon has 'breakaway' written all over it.

But with McEwen keen to bolster his lead in the green jersey's points competition ahead
of the final sprint in Paris on Sunday, the chances of a group of attacking riders going
