NEPTUNE — West Milford National was in this same predicament a week ago in the sectional tournament. But that doesn't make it any easier.
Faced with the daunting task of having to win three straight games to win the New Jersey Little League State championship, West Milford took the first step Sunday by holding off a furious comeback to beat South Wall, 6-4, and earn a shot at unbeaten Livingston American in the tournament final beginning tonight.
