(The Crimson White) (CSTV U-WIRE) TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- It seems like yesterday that Mike Shula was being introduced as the new head coach of the Alabama football team. He was brought in to realign a program that was arguably at its lowest point in school history.

Now, fresh off his first 10-win season, Shula is entering his fourth season at the helm of the Crimson Tide program. After overcoming the cards he was dealt, he is now faced with another challenge -- winning consistently.

Coaches who have stayed at Alabama for four years have posted, for the most part, good records during those seasons.
