KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Conrad Mojuntin could face up to 10 years in jail for culpable homicide for shooting Anthony Chang Kim Fook.

In delivering his verdict yesterday, coroner Dean Wayne Daly said Conrad was "criminally concerned" in the death of Chang last year.
Daly said by discharging the second shot, although aimed at the legs, Conrad had exposed himself to criminal liability in the light of the evidence in the inquest.
