KEITH GUTSELL, as president PSA, responded to my article on increased bureaucracy.
His comments illustrate how insulated the public sector has become.
First, my comments are not particularly aimed at those in the public sector, they refer to the philosophical shift that this Labour Government has chosen. Labour does not trust the private sector and has increased the state in all respects.
Keith Gutsell is wrong when he says most of these people are front-line staff.
